Ceremonial Hair cut

    Create a ceremony around letting go of your hair, with the option of cutting some strands yourself. Tullulah will guide you into a thoughtful place through the music and beyond. Telling you how old the hair is that you are letting go of. This is al time to reflect on where you where then, and how far you hair come. Letting go of the old to welcome in the wonderful new. The ceremonial pouch will give you the option to take some hair away with you and to bury or burn it. Hair is really good for the soil, a gift to the soil to be regenerated and bloom again into something else. Honouring the full cycles of life. Tullulah will give you some journal prompts to go away with which could assist with more tuning in to this new start.

  • In preparation for your hair cut there are a few key steps that will get you the best out of our time together.

  • Everyone has different descriptive words for hair, if you have photos that you like or even an element of, we can both visually get to place of understanding of your wants and needs.

  • This means that while having the consultation I can see how your hair naturally sits and what texture your hair is to give the best advise I can for your desired look. Its a waste of money getting a hair cut that doesn’t work with your hair type.

  • Make sure you have given yourself enough time for a transformation. These Appointments usually take from 1hr to 2.5hrs

  • It really differs depending on your hair type and in a consultation with me I would give you a more in-depth answer.

    To give a brief idea of what it could look like:

    Brittle hair, hair that has heat used on it regularly and coloured hair generally needs a trim every 2-3 months.

    Uncoloured hair and hair that doesn’t have heat tools used regularly can get it trimmed 3-5 months.

    A need for getting your hair cut can also come from the shape growing out which can also look like 6 weeks-4 months.
